Join Rachel at the Cable & Blake shop in Kendal for a 10 week Upholstery course.

Held on Tuesdays – 10am to 4pm. This course will enable you to bring a chair of your choice (a Parker knoll style chair, or similar style) and re-upholster it with guidance from Rachel.

There are only 4 places available, so tuition will be very personal.

The cost of the course does not include Fabric or internal materials. Fabric can be purchased at the shop and costs for internal materials will be calculated during the course.

Tea/coffee/biscuits will be available. However, please bring lunch/extra snacks (or you can buy lunch in Kendal).

Description

For each course, there are 4 places.

There is no storage availability in the workshop, so chairs will need to be taken home at the end of each session and brought back for the next one. Do ensure you can transport your chair back and forth.

Wear warm clothing as although the room is heated, it can get a bit chilly.

Please note that once a class is booked it is non refundable, although we will always try and work with you to find an alternative class and date.
